Research
In my PhD, I am working on a project titled “From the Atom to the Higgs boson: Transformations in scientific observability”. I aim to investigate the transformations of the concept of observability of theoretical entities in science. For that, I take the time of the acceptance of atomism (end of 19th century/beginning of 20th century) up until now. The focus of the investigation is on the theoretical entities that are posed by the physical theories (especially theories about the microscopic world).
